So what is O2 doing about support , the web site goes in circles when you click on links , the app says no one is available and our network checker tells me we have zero network till Saturday AGAIN. Is it just me or do i think the " agreement " / " contract " works 2 ways , i pay it , you deliver a working service .

@nocontact This is not O2. This is a customer community. You can speak to customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:

@nocontact

o2 are answering the phones you just need to hold for an agent to answer the phone, also take a look at your contract and it says that o2 don't guarantee a fault free network, and mast repairs take time due to many factors.  (No network does).

Let me tag @O2nath_ci and @O2Emma  who may be able to help.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

oh i understand that they need to work on the network, what the huge puzzle is , is that they already did the upgrade 5 months ago to fix these issues which left everyone with no network for a week, now they are doing it again. Same excuse , same mast.
