Message not sent, number formatted incorrectly

Hi all, I have been having trouble sending a text message to a radio station (radio x) which has never been a problem in the past year or so. It is a short number 83936 but now when I try messaging it it comes up with the message 'message not sent, number formatted incorrectly'

Like I said I've messaged before with Jo issues at all but all of a sudden it has stopped working. All other text messages to mobiles work without a fault. Any help will be much appreciated

No I don't have any active spend caps as I occasionally use my mobile to purchase items on my PlayStation
