Resolved! Non delivery

My new phone has not been delivered, DPD tracking said at 21.09 delivered 23.59??? Still nothing 7 days later. Reported to O2, apparently waiting for DPD to investigate. Cost of phone has been added to my plan even though it's not arrived!!!
