I received a letter about my new tariff agreement a few days ago, however i cancelled this weeks ago the order was sent back to o2 and i was told no payments would be taken.
More recently i’ve received 2 letters telling me i owe and am in breach of late payments of my monthly bill for a phone number i DO NOT have plus an account i cant access because i didnt set it up! ive called o2 and theyre telling me i have to allow them access to the account in order for them to look at my problem but i physically cannot enter the account as i dont have it! Can anyone direct me down the right route? as i refuse to pay for a phone i dont have.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that (they CAN access your account when needed) – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
