Unable to reach number with texts or calls

When I try call a certain number from my O2 phone I get the message number not recognised, and when I text it says number formatted incorrectly. How do I fix this? I know fro a fact they havent blocked me.

Is ths a UK or international number @Xarwolf192 ?
