You will need to speak to customer service regarding compensation but O2 will never give out timescales for repairs as there are many factors that can effect timing.

@Sonal O2 don't guarantee 100% uptime. No network will. It's in the Terms & Conditions. There's no point in asking for compensation unless you've been without service for a considerable length of time, and even then they'd probably only throw you a crumb.
