I have taken out a contract via a 3rd party i had serveral sims lying about the house that had or credit on them. i started to get the numbers transferred over to my new contract account. when the last bill came in i could see the number transferred over but the balance did not reflect the same. There is about 100 pound short on credit. does the credit take some some to be added to my account or did somthing go wrong. on my bill it shows the numbers just balance not right. i have email back and forth with o2 to no resolve. they cant help as i dont have the sim serial numbers from the old defunct sim cards. With everything going on not sure if its right to call or bide the time. as i dont want to take up space on the line that someone worse off could use.
Any suggestions??
