MMS messages not sending

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all

Apologies in advance for stupid questions!

I'm new to Pay Monthly and am a bit stuck. My phone (Galaxy S3) doesn't appear to be sending my MMS messages. I recall when this was the case with my Pay & Go phone I was sent a text message that asked me to accept or download some settings to rectify it.

What do I do on Pay Monthly to be able to send MMS messages please?

Forgot to add, reboot the phone after inputting the settings and try sending a mms to yourself.

Text ACTIVE to 2020 to receive the settings and then save under the options.

If you still have a problem after doing the above and you need the manual settings, please post back.

Thanks Jonsie; they've replied saying they're busy and asking me to try again later!

Go into Settings and then More Settings and select Mobile Networks.

Make sure Mobile data is ticked.

Click on Access Point Names And you should see O2 Pay Monthly MMS (O2 Mobile Web should have a green dot in the circle)

Click on O2 Pay Monthly MMS and check the settings against these:
