I have just brought my daughter a phone and she sends endless picture and emjoi messages to her freinds. I have just realised that MMS are not included in her plan (Unlimited min and texts) but looks like 55p per MMS which will cost me a fortune. I will encourgae her to use Whatsapp however is there a way of blocking her sending anything that is going to cost me additional to the £35 that i pay.

I basically want to put a block on things so the bill will never be more than that?

TIA

When you take out the contact you can put on a spend cap (or if you didn't do it at time of purchase, contact O2 who can apply one for you, this will ensure once you reach your requested limit they will not be able to go over)

Set it as £0 and they will not be able to make any chargeable MMS messages

@Laulau
