@olgastockton28 You cannot cancel your contract because your phone is lost. You need to report the loss to O2 and they will send you a new sim card to use in any other phone: Lost or Stolen O2 Device

Remove your phone number or you will get spammed or scammed. Go to the down facing arrow above the date and time in your post and click Edit Reply to remove your number.
