My son lost his phone in a River today and it was too deep to retrieve it. We still have £450 left on the device plan
What can I do.

Hi Charlotte76

Sorry to hear about the phone, first thing you need to do is contact 202 and ask them to put a cellular bar on the sim card and an IMEI bar they then can send you out new sim card which will then get you your son's phone number back, once you receive this ask them to remove the cellular bar on the account so the sim card is usable.

Do you have insurance on the device? sometimes you can have it with O2 which you would have bought when you took the contract out, or sometimes with the bank or house insurance.

Buy a new phone.......

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
