To get a 'good deal' on my last years Virgin Package I had to get an O2 mobile pay monthly sim.
I was never going to use it as I already have a mobile and I didn't want it connected to my home package.
I got the sim and paid 11.73 a month for it.
But I never used it or registered it. I don't have a second phone to put it on.
Now I want to cancel the plan. But when I try to sign in, it sends a verification to the phone of that sim, which ofcourse I can't access. So I can't sign in to cancel the plan.
How can I set up a different number or email for the code to go to please?
This is turning in to a nightmare - I'm paying for something I'm not even using.
Please - any ideas from anyone?

Does the SIM work? Put it in your present phone temporarily to get the code.
