I’ve got an account with 02 and I recently had another sim but it won’t let me add it to my 02 so both sims show up on one account so I can keep track

Are you using the "bring in other products" option in your MyO2 ?

Can you confirm this is the process you are following?

1 - Log in to your original account.

2 - Click on bring in products.

3 - Enter the security code sent to your original phone number.

4 - Enter the email and password of the new account.
