Thanks, on Chrome but will try on a different browser now. Reported to cust svcs but no confidence that the operative was going to actually do anything to report the issue! I know this is a forum, but hoping someone in charge may pick up the thread...... I'll keep desperanding for the time being...

Just checked and tried on Firefox and I can download my last bill. If changing browser doesn't help then you need to contact 202.

We are having the same problem with Edge but not IE.
There was also a link to Acrobat on the page for some reason. The site knows we are using Edge and hence should know not to display the advert for a bit of obsolete bloatware.
