Hi everyone.
I heard from an O2 store everyone should be moved over by March (can’t remember to day)
is there anyway to find out or would there be something I’ll see in the app or something.
I was told by someone at O2 from what he was told is legacy customers doesn’t have the option to pay monthly on tech plans. Only the option to pay in full. Because up until recently I didn’t have the option to pay monthly but now I do.
apologies if I’m not making sense. I have adhd and other things, I struggle writing text.

You will notice some subtle differences on your account @Soks99 , especially if you login to the browser version.
There will be some extra menus, including being able to set and change a spend cap.
If you can't see those then you are still on the old system.
