I have swapped my SIM to another provider and despite wanting to pay off O2 I'm locked out of everything and can't access them on the phone as the number swap has gone through please help!

Payment Management is you best bet
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
