Which is best way to cancel and pay off phone plan . Is it online by phone or doing it in store thanks .

I rang up to pay off phone plan and cancel airtime plan . They said we are open till 9pm I rang at 8.15 . I got put through to next option and they came on line and said we shut at 8 . Then why tell me you open till 9 oh goodness sake .

They usually ntransfer the call to the overseas support but very strange there is just a 'closed' message.
