Hi, just wondering if anyone can advise on how I go about getting discount off my monthly bill. Twice now in the space of less than a month has the service been down in my area, for days at a time. If anyone can help or advise the best contact for this, that would be great.

@HollyM1 No service provider guarantees 100% uptime. You can speak to customer service and see if they'll offer a goodwill gesture, but there's no guarantee of that.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.

There is no guarantee on uptime for a mobile network, and like all tech things downtime happens, as per the terms and conditions - the network is not fault free...
You can try reaching out via Social Media just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), and seeing if they will offer you a gesture of goodwill, but don't old your hopes up..
