I phoned o2 in august and cancelled my payments as I don’t use my iPad anymore.
it’s now November and I’m still being charged.
After phoning for the 3rd time to cancel they still have no “notes” saying I’ve ever phoned to cancel so it’s my word against theirs and they have still continued to bill me every month.
this is an absolute disgrace they can get away with this just stealing money out my bank when I’ve asked them 3 times to cancel already.
