How to port my previous mobile number after planing pay monthly device plan?

I have opted for monthly device plan from O2 and I got the order confirmation as well. Because of new contarct i have got new mobile number with O2, But I would like to switch my previous number to O2 instead of new mobile number. Is there anyway I can do it online? or What will be procedure to do? 

PS: I have got the PAC code for my previous network provider.
