Keep my old number

I had filled in the form to keep my old nimber and supplied my PAC code too yesterday. I see no changes have taken place yet. How long does it take to get activated. My PAC Code will soon expire.

Did you receive a text confirming a changeover date?

If not, submit the form again or call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

It say will take two working days.

2 working days is normal.

Did you get a text to your number you are keeping to confirm?
