If you need to call from a none O2 phone
0344 809 0222 will get PAYG customer service.
Be prepared for a hard sell where they tell you the only way to get the number back is to go contract.... Not True

Hiya
Spoke to somebody at O2 who explained just like you that I had to use it at least every 3 months. All reconnected this morning. Thank you very much for your advice. WILL DO what you say!!!! Thanks
Paul

Hiya
No hard sell. Just had to be prepared to wait 24-36 hours to get my number back on. However it was on this morning. Thanks for the info. Paul

Glad it is sorted.
