How ,long does it take to fix an online form.
Even though O2 have got their 'best technicians' on the case the form has been down for over a week (see message below)

It's an online form. And the only reason I need to complete this form was because the agent on the phone would not change my number over for me (even though I had requested this at the time of ordering the SIM)
