Hi when I turn off my WiFi my mobile data won't work, I have just upgraded my tablet and 5g network but my data won't work any advice please

Yeah it's activated I have been on phone to on but still nothing only runs off WiFi

You need to call O2. It sounds as if there is a bar on your account.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
