I have tried to contact you via telephone a number of times before the payment bounced back as I needed to urgently speak to someone about some troubles I am having atm with my bank , so when i try to go through the automated service never allows me through to customer service and the line cuts I cant understand why your company make it extremly difficult for customers to come through i know online is convenient for yourselves but its not always convenient for everyone else i need to change payment date for this month and moving forward so someone needs to call me as had you guys answered this may not of affected my credit file.

 

Thanks i will wait for your call as i would also like to discuss my payments

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am

Youll find that I have done this and again the line has gone off not even put me through to anyone just cuts off without giving me option to speak to anyone you need to improve your services
