Issue keeping old number

Anonymous
Not applicable
I've recently switched from ee to O2 and wanted to keep my old number.

Now, if I call people they get my old number, if I send a text they get my old number but I don't get their replies and if I message via iMessage they get my old number.

What's going on? I've turned my phone on and off several times. Is there something else I need to do?
