Iphone 7s overpriced on O2!!!!

Anonymous

Horrified hoe much more expensive it is to upgrade my Iphone on O2.  I can get a a much higher spec with no upfront payment and at least £12 a month cheaper.  Been with O2 for years but this really is the nail in the coffin!

@Anonymous If you've found a better deal elsewhere, then you should take it if that's what you want to do. This is a customer forum and no one here can bargain with you. What I would say, is if the deal is with another network, check to make sure you will be getting as good coverage as you get with O2. I'm presuming you've stayed with O2 because you do get good coverage in the places you frequent most. A better deal isn't worth much if you don't get a decent signal.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You must go where you can get the best all round deal that suits you.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
