Invalid number showing in help chat

Hi,I was looking to start an online chat to find out some information ,it asks for name then mobile number when I entered my mobile number is says it's invalid ,any idea's why ?

Haven't a clue if you're entering the correct number @Mikeyd . I'll ask @O2Lisa if she can help, but she won't be on until 8 am tomorrow.

No idea. It's a long time since I used live chat. Perhaps you needed to add the country code?
