Why all my Internet services are still switched off even all the bills are paid?

It can take upto 48hours following suspension for late payment for services to be reconnected

 

You need to speak to Payment Management on 0800 902 0217

 

As depending on the delinquency of the account, it may mean they wont reconnect you, but the Payment Management team can advise.
