Internet not working!

I have troubleshooted many times, Google, Live Chat, Forums etc.

The problem I am having is with mobile network internet, I have O2 unlimited and a data bolt-on meaning I should be able to access the internet. This is not the case.

 

I have tested the sim to connect to internet on other phones witch has came with zero success. I have also tested sims on my phone and the internet connected as normal.

 

What could the error be? I am thinking the sim? but my other tariff minutes and texts work just fine.

Contact 02 via telephone to ensure your account is in order.

Double check your settings within your phone. The settings are easily available on here.

Do try a new SIM card.
