I’ve bought an add on on internet a couple of hours ago but the device won’t connect to the internet. I’ve turned the device off and on abs even removed the SIM card nothing seems to get the add on working. Is this a usual occurrence?

What kind of "device"?

Dedicated data only sims are the only ones that can be used in anything except phones.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
