International Favourites Bolt-on not working

Hello everyone,

 

I added the International Favorites 3 bolt-on to my account more than a year ago, and it renews on the 26th of every month, after removing the 10 pounds from my account. On the 26th of November, I had 23 pounds on my account, and I received a text that it was renewed as usual, but since the 28th I cannot use the 3 numbers I've set on my IF page, or my Call Me number. When I try to call the three numbers I hear a "tututu" and the call is rejected, and whoever calls me can't get through. On my personal account on the O2 webpage the Bolt-on is activated but it now says "Free", no money have been deducted from my account. You can see a screenshot of how it appears below.

 

Can somebody please tell me what I can do about this or who to contact? The online chat seems to be very busy these days. Like I said, I've been using this Bolt-on for more than a year so not sure if there is a global issue or is it just me.

It is being replaced with International calling which is on trial for now, but should go live in the new year.

Call customer service to get your last payment back. The new beta trial is much more expensive than international favourites. Dial123 is much cheaper. Try the app for free

Thank you both. I just don’t understand what the “new” trial plan/thing will be, since I have the exact rates anyway with my “International Sim”. Is that being removed as well?

I'm not sure about the international sim. At the moment they are still actively promoting it on their website so I think that they will be keeping it.

International calling service will be a bolt on that can be added to any contract but full details not released yet.
