Hi,
I have been notified that
'from April 2026, your airtime plan will now be increasing by £2.50 instead of £1.80
Due to this, you have the right to cancel your airtime plan without any early termination charges, within the next 30 days.
You can continue paying monthly, or you can pay the remaining balance in full'.
I have two pay monthly contracts and they end June/July 2026.
I want to cancel my contracts as the rise is excessive.
What I am confused about is if I cancel within 30 days will my contract be terminated immediately and would I have to pay remainder of contract?
I would prefer to keep going to end of contract but do not want to pay an extra £2.50.
What can I do? What are my options?
Thanks in advance for any help.

You can cancel the airtime and move your number to another network, but you must keep paying the device plans until the end. You have 30 days from the date of the email to do this.
If you do nothing, you will pay the price increase from April next year.
