Increase Tariff

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi guys,

Was looking at increasing my contract data allowance from 1GB to 2GB a month today, so i went onto the my account and went to increase tariff, seen a one with 2GB and was about to continue when it says 24 month contract next to it... I'm currently 11 months into my contract right now and it expires in September 2016. Now I'm wondering if i change my tariff now will this restart my 24 months so that i'm contracted till 2017? Does anyone know? If not I'll have to find a time to call up and sort it.

Thank you in advance!

Phil

Don't do it via the website. Call 202 and they will upgrade you without extending or renewing your contract.

No, it won't change the end date at all.

Just to add, it will also show you a review page of the tariff change, the end date and any bolt ons that are carried forward too.
You can check these details are OK before committing to the change in tariff.

As @MI5 says, give 202 a call and they'll sort you out.

Should take a matter of a few minutes to sort - O2 will be only too happy to take a bit more money from you each month wink

I don't care what rank I am and neither should anyone else.
