Despite many inquiries and requests, my monthly bill is still being billed incorrectly. I would like to make an official complaint with a request for a refund of incorrectly calculated bills. Please provide an e-mail address to which I can send a complaint.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
