Incorrect bill

Hi,

My bill is incorrect. I moved from and £18/month tariff to a £20/month tariff and have been charged more than £22 with zero charges showing elsewhere on my bill. How do I speak to a human to correct this please (as your automated systems are utterly useless for this) ?
