Hi, I recently spent £400+ paying the remainder of the phone contract off, opting for a sim only monthly deal to keep the cost down. Since clearing, I paid one lots of my £16 monthly charge & have now been billed for the second month, which is coming out at £23. There is no way of me finding a breakdown. I can’t understand what the extra £7 is. It’s not a big deal, but it defeats the idea of paying an expensive deal off, to then have inconsistencies in my monthly pays.
Please clarify.

This looks like something you’ll be able to do or check in the My O2 app. We have a guide to help with that if you’re unsure how to use it Guide: How-to guide for My O2 And don’t worry if you get stuck because there’s an in-app messaging service you can use to chat with O2 who can help. Just go to the ‘Support’ tab and ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom.
