@O2Sarah- I have taken out a second line and ported my number over from previous network vodafone. Was meant to be completed on Friday the 23rd. Still waiting as people cannot call me or text me. Its over a week and half and numerous calls to o2 has not resolved my issue. They keep saying they have escalated it and waiting for result from investigation. Seriously thinking of leaving o2 for both my contracts as been messed around for too long now with a contract that doesn't even work properly
