On the 5th of January I flew out to the U.S.A. I have the O2 bolt on and therefore I expected to be able to receive and make calls, in addition to using data. I was unable to receive any calls though WhatsApp; Data and the making of calls was fine.
I reported the problem and was promised a response with 3- 7 days. I explained that I would be back in the U.K. on the 13th so that time frame was useless. Of course, the maintenance people reported that the fault (CIT-A001835) was resolved precisely 8 days later by which time I had returned to the U.K. and flown back out to Costa Rica on the 17th where the incoming call facility worked for precisely one day. Neither my clients nor my family can reach me. I am working in Costa Rica until March 2nd.
This is costing me money every day. The relevant number is [Removed].
Any ideas.
