Is anyone aware of any incentives or discounts for an O2 customer to move from PAYG to pay monthly?
I had a chat with an adviser about it a few weeks ago when I was considering changing and today I have had a chat with an adviser regarding the tariff changes tomorrow and which would be best for me, however the advisor claims to be unaware of any offers.
I know customer loyalty doesn't mean much nowadays but surely the offer could not have been completely removed from it being offered to me just a few weeks ago?

I was just asking @bandofbrothers as I was aware of increases on your original at 3 monthly intervals. Was 1GB the max allowance on your go go go tariff?

I set mine up on Thursday. I opted for the £20 big bundle tariff. My other tariff ran out last week and I didn't top up and waited for this to be introduced.
I did it online on My O2 but it didn't show up, nor did I get an email or a text about it later on that day. Therefore I contacted O2 and they said that it had not been changed. I was confused but I asked the advisor to swap it for me. I didn't want to top up until it changed otherwise I would of got my old tariff. Within a few minutes the advisor said it has been changed so I topped up and now I have the new tariff. Although I did get 2 texts yesterday saying that I didn't have enough credit to have the big bundle, but I presume that was because it had been done twice.
Anyways, up to now I like the tariff. The only thing I don't like it the unlimited texts. I know 4000 is a lot of texts but I don't like the way it counts down. I prefer not knowing how many texts I have used lol.
