Hi, My contract is due to run until next April however the signal in my new office is non existent. I text the INFO code to 85075 and it has come back stating that my early release would be zero. Is this correct or should I call O2 before porting ?

I would call o2 just to double check as it could be a glitch as seen this with other networks and o2..
