IMEI number

Hi, I need proof of ownership including IMEI number for an insurance claim. I can't find this anywhere in my credit agreements or bills. How do I find this information, please? I know what the number is as I have the original packaging.

Hello do you have a receipt of your purchase?
If you do then it is most likely to be on it

Your IMEI number can be found in My O2 under Device Details.

Checking myO2 app I didn't find any device details section.
Are you supposed to be on Pay Monthly before you can find that?

O2 publish several ways to find this out - but only your receipt or contract will tie it to your actual number for Proof of Purchase, as far as I know:

Yes you do have to be pay monthly @Rachel6 

As you posted in the pay monthly section, I presumed you were on a contract.
