Hi dear

I have buy a apple airpod 3rd generation by 12 months instalment but every month my bill cut off from my card and then give it back to my card again..Now I can see in my account there is a overdue payment of 37.26 pounds.

what is the problem I did not get that.

could you please solve the problem for me please.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

(or the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217 )
