Hi, I placed an order this afternoon, I’ve received a bunch of emails from o2 saying “we’re all set” and to wait for a dispatch email. They also gave me a phone number etc for the new contract so I’m presuming I’ve passed all checks and it’s all ok?
I paid a large deposit and my credit rating is average. It said next day delivery upon ordering. should I have received a dispatch email by now or can they email late at night? First thing tomorrow?
I know this is probably premature but it was a large deposit and I just want to check it’s all ok!
