i want to cancel auto top up, but can't see how to do this

Easiest way is prob to call 4445 but there should also be a link in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Try through the app. I'm not P&G myself but it has been updated for that platform. Maybe there is a choice in there now to set up or cancel.
