This is a joke. I've left EE to come to this crap. Never had this problem with EE. I pay over £50 a month but get no signal for hours. Get it sorted quick.

At least since 3.30am up here in Burnley.  Had a signal before then. Whats the odds nobody gets any compo?

And it's number related. Not all on O2 will be affected

Have 2 mobiles with O2 in the same house - the Pay as you go works fine but the monthly contract has no service. Seems that the signal is fine but they have an problem with some customers - have they switched a select number of us off????
