Need Help Checking My Contract

I decided to cancel my contract before I forget about it actually billing me monthly for it.

 

However, I can't seem to see any options about seeing my bills and the only options I see whenever I log into my account is:

Does this mean that my o2 sim is cancelled now? Or is it something else?

 

I also don't have any signal when I put on the o2 sim anymore either so I can't get any code when the o2 login website asked me for my phone number earlier ago. I would appreciate it if someone can let me know if it is cancelled. Thanks.

That's what I would expect to see for a cancelled contract.

You can conform by messaging O2.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
