I’ve been cut off after trying to contact o2 for weeks

My phone has been cut off from incoming and outgoing services, I have no way of contacting o2 I’ve been trying for the last 2 weeks. I’ve had a email from mycare saying to email them or pay so I emailed them which sent back a automated email to say they aren’t taking emails at this time and to go onto the live chat online - which is currently unavailable.
I am a key worker and need to have access to my phone at all times as a single mum of 3 which are all in childcare while I work.
How am I meant to get through to anyone now that I’m cut off and when I’m 2 weeks I’ve been unable to contact a person to deal with my situation.

I’ve tried using the number before they cut me off and I’ve used my mums house phone but it goes to automated line and then says bye bye and cuts off tell you to look online x

I’ve just done that and managed to contact someone I wish I knew this weeks ago thank you xx
