Hi all,  

 

ive just set up my new iPad, and all is good apart from it's doesn't know the data number so can't receive sms directly.  When I go into settings and about,  it says 'mobile data number unknown'

 

what do I need to do?

iPads can't receive SMS messages.

Put the SIM in a phone to receive the code.
