Hello again friends!

I phoned customer services and they cancelled the contract on 9/05/2013. YAY! they said my final bill will be with me in 14 days and the person said they had refunded the previous payment to my account but I would have to go through a process to claim it. I recieved the cancellation letter telling me to log in and view my final bill then proceed to get the refund. However, I can log in but do not have access to my 02 account details. it says "Sorry there is no mobile number with this account" how am I to see what my bill is? They just took another £39.47 out of my bank! They don't send statements and have stopped emails. I have no idea if I'm in credit or not. So that's 3 payments since I cancelled the first time round that they've taken off me. I'm getting a little sick of phoning them up to hear that the previous person hasn't given me the correct information.

 

Should I just start the process of getting a refund (if any) or phone them yet again? Fed up.
